Member of the State Duma Committee on the Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, Member of the “UNITED RUSSIA” faction Irek Zinnurov will take part in the opening of the exhibition “Museum of Socialist Life”, which will be held on June 11 in the State Duma.
In the State Duma will be presented the Social Life Museum - a project that originated 28 years ago in the walls of Kazan University. Today, it has gone beyond the borders of Tatarstan, there are branches not only in Russia - in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Samara, Elabuga, and also abroad - in France, Belgium, and Turkey.
The museum is the first and the oldest cultural institute in Russia, which is engaged in the history of the everyday life of the Soviet people of the 70s-80s. Twentieth century.
The main topics of the museum exposition are happy childhood in the USSR, Soviet school, sports, music, Soviet cinema, daily life of a man and a woman, service in the Soviet army, students of the 70s-80s, Soviet holidays.
Acquaintance with the Museum is always a kind of journey by a “time machine” in those not so distant, but already forgotten by many times, when the first feeling of happiness was buying a pair of jeans, and candy wrappers from chewing gums were kept in brand albums for a long time.
